At Punarjith Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products:

Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered and opened.

This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality.
Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement
We will arrange a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product

The product was missing or tampered at the time of delivery
📌 Important:
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear photos/videos of the package and product

Description of the issue
Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect usage or misunderstanding of product benefits

Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

Orders returned without prior approval

Orders canceled after dispatch

Products purchased from third-party platforms (Amazon, etc.) — subject to their policies
